Does runout on a MaxxMacro pallet's outside diameter indicate a locating accuracy problem?

The outside perimeter of a MaxxMacro (System 3R OEM 100% cross-compatible) pallet is not a machine reference surface and has no functional tolerance. Inspect these features instead:

• The dowel locations relative to the chuck zero.
• Whether the pallet sits flat when indicating across the top surface.
