Use the internal repair kit specified for your MaxxMacro pneumatic chuck and follow its assembly video. Confirm the chuck model and kit before starting.
After reassembly, check the normal spring-clamped state and the unclamping operation according to the chuck instructions. If the replacement mechanism does not match your chuck, contact MaxxTooling rather than assuming the parts interchange.
