Can I use MaxxMacro 70 fixtures in a MaxxMacro 54 chuck?

MaxxTooling does not recommend using MaxxMacro (System 3R OEM 100% cross-compatible) 70 fixtures on a MaxxMacro 54 chuck. Even when the pallet physically engages, the smaller chuck does not provide the support surface for which the larger pallet was designed.

The system is designed for smaller tooling to fit larger chucks: MaxxMacro 54 tooling fits MaxxMacro 70 and MaxxMagnum chucks, and MaxxMacro 70 tooling fits MaxxMagnum chucks. Use a MaxxMacro 70 or MaxxMagnum chuck for 70 fixtures.
