How do I check the status of my MaxxTooling order?

To check your MaxxTooling order status, open the website chat and click the two conversation icons at the top left to open the menu, then select the button to check your order.

The order-status screen shows a list of your recent orders or a button to search for one using your email/phone number and order number.

Once your order is processed, you'll receive an invoice via email. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the shipping information.
If you have not received an update, contact MaxxTooling with your order number.
