How do I assemble the MaxxMacro 272HP Leveling Adapter WEDM Dovetail for Wire EDM WEDM?

Follow the assembly video for the MaxxMacro (System 3R OEM 100% cross-compatible) 272HP Dovetail Leveling Adapter (MM-WEHDR002) used in Wire EDM WEDM.

For mounting and alignment:

  1. Use a reference table and the appropriate presetting station.
  2. Leave the four mounting screws loose enough for adjustment.
  3. Align the three axes using the eccentric and adjustment screws.
  4. Tighten the four special screws to a maximum of 7 Nm.
  5. Verify workpiece alignment and remove the guide pin before transferring the assembly to the machine.
