How can I restore the alignment of a MaxxTooling chuck extension?

The chuck extension allows local alignment adjustment. A small stainless plate between the chuck and the aluminum extension sets the position and height so the extensions match.

Use the EDM and C-axis to re-master the chuck position. The stainless plate can then be ground or replaced to restore alignment.

If the lower Erowa 50 plate is damaged or worn, it must be replaced. Remove the chuck and finish-grind the feet to restore flatness.
