How can I hold workpieces with irregular or asymmetric geometry?

There are several ways to hold a workpiece with irregular geometry.

MaxxVise Machinable soft jaws: Machine the workpiece profile into MaxxVise soft jaws.

MaxxZPS pull studs:

1. Machine the required pull-stud pocket geometry into the workpiece.
2. Install the pull studs.
3. Mount the workpiece on the MaxxZPS base for machining.

MaxxMacro or Maxx-ER Pallet-mounted fixture: Use a pallet with conventional workholding to support and clamp the workpiece.
