Can MaxxTooling refund my credit card payment and charge it again when the order ships?

MaxxTooling’s standard policy is to charge credit cards at the time of purchase. Card authorizations expire after 7 days, so waiting until shipment would require a new authorization for orders that ship later.

A card payment incurs a 3.2% processing fee. That fee is not recovered when the payment is refunded, and charging the card again incurs another 3.2% fee.

MaxxTooling absorbs its normal card-processing fees rather than adding them as an extra charge to the customer.
